In 2016, I was at the top of my career but at the bottom of my health. I had just become a father, and the happiest time of my life felt like the worst. I had hit rock bottom.

I hired a coach, lost 35kg, and felt better than ever before. It turned my performance around, too. Inspired to help others do the same, I certified as a lifestyle coach and resigned from my directorship.

We can work with you on a fixed monthly retainer where you get a set amount of coaching hours for your team, or we can work on a per-employee-basis. Pricing depends on the amount of people you want coaching for, the length of the engagement and the level of support required. Fill in our contact form, and we'll give you a custom proposal.
How much time will it cost me?
After approving the proposal, we do everything for you. However, we suggest you give the exciting news to the individual(s) receiving coaching, and we can provide you with communication templates for this. From there, we'll take care of the coaching meetings, conversations and reporting. You'll receive regular updates on progress and results.
